Season 1 NFTs - Week 3

Week 3 is an easy one for you, Partypoolers: Just head over to the PoolTogether dApp and check if you won a prize! Double the excitement! Could there be a prize and a Pooly for you at the same time?!

This also means claiming for week 2 is now live on Galaxy. We set up a form for everyone who holds POOL but feels left out from this week’s mint on Galaxy. Reach out and we’ll make sure you get your spot!

A reminder that anyone with an active PoolTogether deposit before March 27th is eligible to claim the NFT for week 1!

New Prize Tiering 🏆

The POOL token holders voted on the third prize adjustment since the all-new PoolTogether launched. 87 unique voters came together for this proposal!

The outcome adds up to a total number of 1024 prizes, giving out $7,180 to PoolTogether users daily. New on the menu: $50 prizes!

The projected prize APR is evenly distributed across different chains while the distribution is optimized in consideration for Avalanche gas fees.

Governance Updates 🏛

Protocol governance has been thriving, three PoolTogether Improvement Proposals made it through the process.

PTIP-65 TWG Second Quarter Renewal - passed ✅
PTIP-66 Prize Adjustment #3 - Option A ✅
PTIP-67: Move 400k PTaUSDC to Prize Reserves - passed ✅

Chinese Community Call now weekly!

Yes - you heard right! The first edition of our Chinese Community Call showed there’s a huge interest and demand for this space to exist. neken turned out to be a perfect host, covering news, how to use the protocol and answering questions from the audience.

What do you usually do on a Saturday at 3 am? For neken, it’s hanging out on the PoolTogether Community Call & Swim Meet. neken is a member of the PoolTogether community since April 2021. That’s not just when he joined our Discord server - being a true contributor he also made his first steps on our Governance Forum at that time. Since then neken has made a long way as a contributor to the protocol and advocate of the community.

I’m particularly happy to welcome this one as official PoolTogether Community Advocate now!
